• Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our products are made with natural ingredients and free from harsh chemicals. We also offer fragrance-free options for extra-sensitive skin.

• Do your products contain preservatives?

We use skin-safe, ECOCERT or naturally derived preservatives only where necessary (mainly in water-based products) to ensure safety and shelf stability.

• Is everything handmade?

Yes! All of our skincare is handmade in small batches using ingredients from our on-site apiary in Florida.

• Are your products vegan?

Our products are vegetarian (no animal testing or byproducts like milk), but not vegan due to the inclusion of honey, beeswax, and bee pollen.

Shipping & Orders

• How long does it take to ship my order?

We process orders within 3–5 business days. During hot months, body butters are packed with ice and ship early in the week to avoid weekend delays.

• Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer local pickup at Zen Gardens you’ll get a notification when your order is ready.

• What happens if my product melts during shipping?

We pack with insulation and ice packs in summer. If your body butter arrives melted, simply stir it, let it set at room temp, or pop it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes. We recommend putting package inside as soon as it's delivered.

• Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S. only, but international shipping is coming soon!

Bee & Brand Questions

• Where do you get your bee ingredients?

All bee-based ingredients (honey, wax, pollen) come directly from Martina’s apiary in Florida and are ethically harvested.

• Are you cruelty-free?

Absolutely. We never test on animals, and we treat our bees like royalty 🐝👑

• How do I know which products are right for me?
